The Gardens at Hammock Beach
Today we (Roselle, our interactive producer) and i are on the way to visit a community that we just started working with - www.GardensAtHammockBeach.com, part of the larger www.HammockBeach.com property. This is our third project for developer Bobby Ginn and his Ginn Resorts and Real Estate company out of Palm Coast Florida.
Of course, as fate would have it, we are travelling the day after the British government found those fools with some sort of liquid plotting to blow up planes from Heathrow to the US. So, instead of doing my usual carry-on for a simple overnight trip, i've had to check my bag. For the toothpaste. yep, i had to check my tube of toothpaste. i suppose its better to be safe than dead. But come on - toothpaste?
We are in the Greenville-Spartanburg airport right now waiting on the plane to board - but i'm not yet convinced we are actually going anywhere.
I've never been to Hammock Beach so this is a good trip for us to see the property. We are also going to stop at a customer in Ocala Florida that we are just starting to work with. More on that later.
Living-Good.com the URL
I originally purchased Living-Good.com with the intention of creating a site to compete with www.PrivateCommunities.com and www.Private-Communities.us (the name similiarity is another topic). But after reviewing them and other sites offering similiar services (www.LiveSouth.com, www.golfcoursehome.net, etc) we decided not to do that project.
The URL came up for renewal and instead of letting it expire i decided to use it as the URL for this blog.
New Blog
Many who know me, know that i am never short of opinions on trends, fads and the general way that we or anyone does business. As such i thought that a semi-permanent, public record of some of those comments should be published for the world to see.
The disclaimer here would be that i own Web Sales Tool, a provider of Online Communications software and services to the Real Estate Community industry. So, i may at times be slanted towards my own software. :)
